The Mediation Room is a professional mediation practice based in New Zealand. The project required a site that balanced legal credibility with approachability, serving clients who were often navigating stressful personal or business disputes. The design language stayed cohesive with the broader Sabrina practice network while establishing its own distinct character.
The approach
A comprehensive nine-section revision brief guided the build, including two new subpages: Separation Ready and Pre-Mediation Preparation. A four-phase visual timeline was designed to walk visitors through the mediation process. Midjourney prompts were carefully calibrated to reflect diversity in subject representation.
The outcome
The client launched with two new service subpages that no competitor in their space had, a visual process timeline that reduced friction for first-time visitors, and a site that clearly communicated expertise without legal jargon.
